• L-shaped kitchen with refrigerator, freezing compartment, oven, hot plate (4 rings), microwave, coffee-maker and electric kettle.
• 2 bedrooms:
  – 1st bedroom with single bed, double bed and plenty of built-in cupboard space
  – 2nd bedroom with double bed and plenty of built-in cupboard space.
• Living room: multifunctional room with sofa bed (2p) and built-in cupboard.
• Standard beds for 5 persons, can be extended to max. 7 persons.
• Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and blow-drier.
• Separate toilet.

Entire floor provided with central heating. During the summer months a mobile a/c is available for extra cooling.

Costs for each extra person (max. 6 persons) or extra bed: 95,– Euro per week
(exclusive of tourist tax (from 16 years), environmental contribution (0-99 years) and final cleaning).
