Spacious apartment (165m2), situated across the entrance, in African style with (natural) stone-, parquet- and laminate floor.

• Dining room with large, cosy tables and “Kachelofen” (=clay stove)
• Kitchen with large refrigerator, freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker and electric kettle
• 3 bedrooms with possibility for 4^th bedroom (at extra price)
  – 1^st bedroom with bunk beds and double boxspring bed
  – 2^nd bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (2 p)
  – 3^rd bedroom with bunkbeds (3p: under: double bed, on top: single bed)
  –  At extra price: 4^th bedroom (=well-insulated winter garden with sofa bed (2p)
• Standard: beds for 9 persons, on request available for 12 persons
• 2 bathrooms: one with bath, washbasin, blow-drier, shower, toilet
  and one with shower, washbasin, blow-drier and toilet.

The entire apartment, except for the winter garden/bedroom, is heated by means of underfloor heating.
The winter garden has central heating.

The mentioned prices above  are based on 9 persons (standard number of beds)
Costs for each extra person (max. 12 persons) or extra bed: 95,– Euro per week per person or per bed
(exclusive of tourist tax (from 16 years), environmental contribution (0-99 years) and final cleaning).

Cost for the extra (4th. bedroom)/winter garden € 300,– (including 1 – 2 pers.)
